This is a transparent internal diagnostic, not an industry-standard metric. Files with different data coverage are not directly comparable.
- Demand combines WMAPE and bias with visible heuristic thresholds.
- Inventory measures normalized deviation from target DOS.
- Supply measures whether DOS spans stated lead time.
- Duplicate SKUs are excluded from analysis to avoid double counting.
